Asthma & Allergy Foundation of Michigan- Educational and training programs for children, families, teachers, school staff, child care providers, health care professionals and workplaces.
Brighton Hospital- An aftercare re-socialization program for those who have already taken the full range of in-patient treatment. This program is geared to give vocational therapy and a 12 step approach to recovery that includes Yoga, counseling and AA meetings.
Madonna University- Courses for re-training the work force in careers in Elder Care and Recovery Care in addition to continuing education courses for Seniors and accredited courses for the general public.
The Walnut Lake Preschool, at The Corners, is for children who need specialized and individualized attention. We aid children in their developmental tasks with close attention to their social and emotional development in order to prepare them for entry into school. We offer small classes with low student/teacher ratios, and our team includes Family Consultants who are child development experts working closely with the family and the school.
Walnut Lake Preschool, a program associated with the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute, offers a five-day program with hours from 9:00 – 12:00 and an option to stay for lunch. A Summer Camp program is also offered.
